At ZEN we customize every massage using any combination of the many different modalities that we offer. You will speak to your therapist about what your goal is for each session to achieve your desired goal.

**We do require a credit card to book and hold your appointment. You may pay card or cash when you arrive. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please be respectful of your therapist, and do so 24 hours before your scheduled time by calling or texting us at 727-417-7349. Your card will be charged the full amount of the massage if you are a no call/no show.**
